SELLING COSTA DEL SOL S.L was first established as a real estate development company, Hagi RG SL. We started by building 15 townhouses in Torreblanca in the municipality of Mijas.

The business of buying and selling property was then brought together in Hagi Estates SL in 2017. We operated under this name for many years but did not think the name was ideal, and in 2024 we rebranded the company to SELLING COSTA DEL SOL S.L which we think is much more descriptive of our business.

SELLING COSTA DEL SOL S.L is managed by Anne Chr. G Winness who is the CEO of the company, as she has been from the start in 2016. Anne is educated in economics and also has an education in marketing communication and logistics. She is originally Norwegian and speaks Norwegian, English, German and some Spanish. Together with the rest of the team, she will ensure that you are looked after in a professional and personal way, whether you want to buy or sell property.
